Dr Corinna Di Niro
Dr Corinna Di Niro is an international performer, director, teacher, author and researcher of Commedia dell’Arte. She holds a PhD in Commedia for a contemporary Australian context and teaches Commedia at schools and universities. Her work and research have crossed many borders, illustrating the adaptability and inclusivity of the genre worldwide.

Aldo Floreani
Aldo has achieved many “firsts” in his contributions to the community in South Australia. He is a retired educator having spent forty years as a Principal and Formator for the Adelaide Catholic Archdiocese. Has also significantly achieved as a player, coach and mentor in the SANFL prior to the introduction of AFL.

Rosa Matto
Rosa Matto is a teacher first, chef second. Rosa creates sustainable gardens and kitchens. She is currently planting a garden for the women of Cathering House. Rosa is Patron of Nonna’s Cucina and Ambassador for Bene Aged Care. “People may seem exotic but we are the same. Around the table we share stories and connect“.
