Earlier this year, on the occasion of International Women’s Day 8th March, the Consulate of Italy in Adelaide and the City of Norwood Payneham and St Peters, in collaboration with the Australia Donna Association, unveiled the city’s first “Red Bench.” The initiative is part of the Red Rose Foundation’s ongoing efforts to raise awareness of domestic and family violence in Australia. This initiative is proudly sponsored by the South Australian Italian Association.
